Natalie interviews Lara Itzhaki of Olim Advisors who shares her work helping new Olim, and also about her own Aliyah. Regarding her advice with aliyah, Lara suggests breaking it up into pieces so that it is not so overwhelming. Olim Advisors, a concierge service, assists English-speaking families making Aliyah through different services such as setting up a pilot trip, making and accompanying the olim to different appointments such as the bank and health clinic, and finding a home.
