On this episode, the boys had on special guests Mica & Adam Wood! Adam just had a huge breakthrough race at CIM, running 2:16 after dealing with some health complications prior that he talks about on this episode.
Mica ran 2:31 in her debut marathon at the Marathon Project paced by Adam, an OTQ time in her first one! She talked about her current training situation, having joined Ed Eyestone's group for this build.
Both Mica and Adam talked about their builds, recapped their races, and talked about their dynamic as a married couple running at an elite level and making content full-time together.
