Relatives I never met attempted to claim my family orchard by redirecting their mail there for months to establish residency. They even showed up with a moving trailer. However, each envelope was marked 'Return to Sender.' After the sheriff evicted them, they repeatedly returned until they were caught destroying my neighbor's property while attempting to sneak back onto my land.
