What's your favorite travel destination? Is it some beautiful European city like Paris, Rome or Athens? But have you ever noticed that European cities are much flatter than those in USA or Asia? Of course there're tall buildings in the financial districts but their number is nothing compared to those in other parts of the world. What stops Europeans from building a large number of skyscrapers and start looking like New York, for example?
