A four-year-old boy who vanished on New Year’s Eve in rural Alabama is believed to have died of hypothermia, after a massive search that drew hundreds of volunteers and stunned an entire community. A man armed with a screwdriver allegedly steals a 39,000-pound front loader from a Nevada construction site and tries to run down police officers before ramming two patrol vehicles.
