She began her career as a management consultant advising FTSE 100 companies (Johnson & Johnson, Mars, HSBC, Unilever, etc.) on digital and data transformation - including AI strategy back when it was still largely machine learning and big data. She later served as a fractional COO for AI scale-ups, working directly with founders at the heart of the ecosystem.
