Is there an alien civilization next door? It’s quite possible. Proxima Centauri b is in the habitable zone and is pretty similar in mass to the Earth. NASA's telescope might have detected proof of artificial lights coming from that planet. What is it? An alien city or maybe lights from their vehicles?
