(36:45) The article mentions the importance of supporting locally sourced and sustainable foods when possible and avoiding highly processed foods and "food miles." (39:12) Vinnie brings up several very important points about food sourcing and the environment. (45:20) Anna and Vinnie discuss environmental concerns and they advocate learning where your food comes from.
