Vinnie asks Kim about her experience working in a cardiac hospital and what recommendations would be given to the patients there. This leads to a discussion about wearing scrubs and stretchy materials; as a result, folks ignore the signs of weight gain because the fabric is more "forgiving". (23:40) Things like brands changing clothing sizes is a detail that has changed, too. Vinnie and Kim also discuss that there shouldn't be fat shaming; however, normalizing or glorifying morbid obesity isn't a good message either, because it ignores health issues.
