Episode Details

Every January we feel motivated.
Every February… we feel defeated.

In this episode, we’re talking about why resolutions fail — and why God never intended our growth to be driven by pressure, perfectionism, or willpower.

This is a real conversation about:

• Why motivation fades so quickly
• The difference between behavior change and heart transformation
• Why willpower alone can’t sustain spiritual or personal growth
• How comparison and pressure sneak into our goals
• What it looks like to build rhythms with God instead of chasing January hype
• How to invite the Holy Spirit into your plans, habits, and vision for the year

This episode is for the woman who:

• loves God but feels tired of trying harder
• starts strong but struggles to stay consistent
• wants growth that lasts beyond January

We’re shifting from self-driven goals to Spirit-led growth — because real change doesn’t come from trying to fix yourself… it comes from letting God transform you.

If you’re ready for habits that honor God — not just resolutions that fade — this episode is for you.
