• Hope you had a wonderful holiday season and you got a chance to rest, recovery and recharge!
• Low to moderate solar activity with 14 C class flares the highest was a 3.0 from 4334.
• 7 active sunspot regions; mostly beta, one alpha and 4325 is beta gamma.
• Solar wind was elevated slightly, 450-500 km/s, w did get a CME tap and the BZ went moderately south, soon noticed those GM rising conditions and the shift to our Schumann did produce auroras at high latitudes.
• Geomagnetic field was 0-4, and currently a little over KP 4.
• Solar activity forecast, X - 10%, M-50%.
• Schumann shows us a charged but regulated cavity, a continuous stimulation, not shocked but an oscillating system due to magnetospheric coupling from solar wind variability.
