WALNUT PESTO!
100g walnuts
garlic oil
3 tbs chopped fresh rosemary
50g grated Pecorino Romano
4tbs walnut oil
Serve on Rana Pasta! (Which Yumi famously misspells out loud during this episode, lol. ) Or whatever filled pasta you can get your hands on.
