This year, the traditional start of year descent into Douglas's notebook is going all the way back to the beginning - Volume 1, begun in 2009. What has changed since then? What has remained the same? What is Brookism, and how does one go sideways with it? I cannot promise any answers, but I can promise that this episode will make about as much sense as any other episode does.
