It determines whether you’re happy on a day to day basis, or not, and they all add up over the years.
You could be doing what you love and/or what you’re really good at and still be miserable day to day.
Or, equally, you could be doing something you hate, but love every day because of the team and environment you work with.
I’m starting to consider this concept much more highly when I mentor and chat with others now.
