Carl and Mike open up the show with some brief conversation on how they enjoyed their NYE in which Carl got a scary call from he and his wife's daughter as she informed them she and friends were in a car accident and fortunately they were ok. They then get into some football talk as they react to Georgia's loss to Ole Miss in which they agreed this was the first time in recent years in which they believe Kirby Smart and his coaching staff were too conservative with some of their play calling in particular in the first half.
