He: היה זה בוקר חורפי חדש בשנה החדשה, והאוויר הקריר והניצנצים של השלג חדרו דרך חלונות הסורגים של מחלקה פסיכיאטרית ישנה.
En: It was a winter morning in the new year, and the cool air and the sparkling snow penetrated through the barred windows of an old psychiatric ward.

En: Noam (Noam), a dedicated nurse with a big heart, started his long shift in the ward.
