Charges must be in writing from a full patch in good standing.
SAA investigates like a Grand Jury—only bring strong cases to trial.
Accused gets written notice of date/time/place + adequate prep time.
Accused knows the charges and accusers.
Right to assistance (club elder, legal-like counsel).
Speedy, public, impartial trial by neutral full-patch brothers.
Unanimous guilty verdict for major cases.
Right to appeal process (ensure due process was followed).
