Since the Healthcare of Ontario Pension Plan (HOOPP) made itself available to incorporated physicians in Ontario, many experts and podcasters have discussed it in the public realm. I have heard many inaccuracies and my hope is to address them in this episode with the help of my friend and business colleague Mr. JP Laporte who is a pension lawyer.

Physicians in Ontario should fully understand these inaccuracies, which themselves come from the complexity of pension plan structures.

Physicians should do their due diligence.
