His 2nd TD knotted the game at 35. The Bears took a 38-35 lead in the the 4th quarter on a Cairo Santos field goal. The 49ers answered with a Jajuan Jennings TD, giving Caleb a chance to win it with 2 minutes remaining. Near the 49ers end zone, Caleb had just 4 seconds left to win the game, but a final pass attempt came up just short.
