Dr. Rodney L. Duckett
Dr. Duckett is a distinguished family nurse practitioner with over thirty years of healthcare experience, including 23 years serving veterans in the VA Hospital emergency department. He is the founder of IMPAC Outreach, a nonprofit mentoring adolescents transitioning from the juvenile justice system. His passion for history and archaeology has taken him across three continents and sixteen countries, conducting research alongside leading scholars. Dr. Duckett mentors student nurses, advocates for cultural identity and oral history through Heritage Legacy Curators, and has been recognized by DNPs of Color, the American Nurses Advocacy Institute, and the American Nurses Association Policy Institute.
