Soba Fubara-Abraham is a seasoned business development and investment expert with over 15 years of experience across sectors such as private equity, IT, finance, technology, manufacturing, travel, and hospitality. Her career includes strategic roles in Nigeria, Maldives, Dubai, and the USA, featuring positions like Marketing Manager at Wyndham Worldwide (USA), Head of Sales at Wakanow (Nigeria), and Head of Sales covering the African market for Emaar Hospitality Group (Dubai). She also served as MD/CEO of Cloudexchange, where she led strategy, operations, and organizational culture. Most recently, she was Vice President at Synergy Capital Managers, managing diverse portfolio companies.
Currently, Soba holds several high-impact executive roles: she is the Group Chief Operating Officer of First Aluminium Nigeria and FAN Renewables, and a Partner at Vine Capital, where she brings her sharp investment acumen and operational expertise to drive growth and innovation.
Stella Fubara is a visionary business leader and development strategist with over two decades of global experience in tourism, creative industries, and infrastructure. She currently serves as the Managing Director of Del-York Development Company, where she leads large-scale projects across Africa—including the landmark Kebulania development in Lagos. Prior to this, Stella spent 10 years as Director of International Operations for the Dubai Department of Economy and Tourism, where she played a pivotal role in positioning Dubai as a premier global destination.
Stella is passionate about African excellence, youth empowerment, and driving investments that bridge creativity, education, and technology. She is also a sought-after speaker and advocate for inclusive growth through culture-led development.
