Despite Wales’ biggest ever manhunt, South Wales police struggled to take down the so-called ‘Saturday Night Strangler’. Three teenage girls had been violently murdered on their way home from a disco in the early 70s – and their families started to believe that they would never see justice.

But thanks to huge leaps in forensic science, hope appeared once more. It would lead to an incredible, painstaking hands-on investigation that spanned 30 years – and a team of investigators, gathered around a family grave, hoping to dig up a murderer.
