The Attack: Over a period of approximately 10 hours, Russia fired a barrage consisting of roughly 500 drones and 40 missiles—including hypersonic Kinzhal and ballistic Iskander missiles—at the capital.Casualties and Damage: At least two people were killed and more than 30 others were injured. The strikes severely damaged energy infrastructure, leaving about one-third of Kyiv without power or heat amid freezing temperatures.
