This ultra-limited tequila blends tradition and innovation through its unique production, barrel aging, and final blend. Production Details • Region: El Arenal, Jalisco • Agave planted: 2017 | Harvested: 2024 • Cooking: Brick ovens – 72 hours • Milling: Roller mill • Fermentation: Brick tanks + stainless steel • Distillation: Stainless steel with copper coils, then full copper • Still strength: 54.5% ABV ️ Barrel Program • 90% aged in ex-Sherry barrels • Portion aged using Cascahuín Plata 48 in American oak • Approximately 7,300 bottles produced This tequila delivers a rich, silky mouthfeel with layers of butter, chocolate, coffee, vanilla, stone fruit, minerality, and classic Cascahuín character. This bottle is extremely limited and mostly available at the distillery in Jalisco, with very small availability elsewhere.
