In this episode of Sasquatch Theory, I speak with Ernie, a retired Air Force veteran from Kentucky with decades of experience hunting, fishing, and living close to the land. His encounters began in childhood with strange barefoot tracks in the snow and warnings from his father that certain areas were off-limits. As the years went on, unexplained livestock disturbances and signs in the woods suggested something was sharing the land with them.
Ernie’s most profound encounter occurred while hunting in the mountains of Massachusetts. After tracking deer near boulders and stone walls, he came face to face with an enormous, human-like being—over eight feet tall—that displayed intelligence, restraint, and communication through hand gestures. What followed was a moment of silent understanding, coordinated movement from additional beings in the area, and vocalizations unlike anything Ernie had ever heard.
