Humanism drives modern change by trusting man alone to solve society’s problems without God. Thinkers like Machiavelli and Erasmus believed in progress through human effort, rejecting divine renewal. Humanism makes man, not God, the source of law and morality, leading to moral relativism and decay. Sadly, it even influences the church, limiting Scripture to private life. True Christianity must apply God’s Word fully and reclaim dominion under God, not humanistic ideals.
