Yesterday, Roger Kimball picked up on that. I showed that many of these resignations (30 for Rs, 22 for Ds) are due to the fact that Trump has made Congress irrelevant, yet to even tread water they have to work like dogs to keep up with Trump. It ain't fun, and they don't have junkets anymore. Need more evidence that the Congresscritters and Senate Snorers are overwhelmed by the amount of work Trump makes them do? New senator Cynthia Lummis of WY, having just been elected five years ago, is quitting due to EXHAUSTION saying "I feel like a sprinter in a marathon." Yep. That's Trump for ya. Get on the dance floor or go home.
