Description

"Parturition."

This early second-season episode of Star Trek: Voyager, the second of three episodes directed by Jonathan Frakes, the episode was designed to end the simmering feud between Tom Paris (Robert Duncan McNeill) and Neelix (Ethan Phillips) which appeared to not be popular and not working for the viewing audience. Plus, the burgeoning love triangle between them and Kes (Jennifer Lien) wasn't working nor it was popular, either. In this episode of Twin Cities Trekkies, the twelfth part of the podcast's celebrating the 30th anniversary of Star Trek: Voyager, Wes welcomes back Joe Praska, one half of the other active Twin Cities-based Star Trek podcast, Deep Space Love, to talk about the episode, the love triangle and other aspects of the series and franchise.
