If, like us, you are about to Ho Ho Ho into a food-filled Christmas, have we got some helpful hints to share thanks to our guest this week, Brendan Pang.

You will remember Brendan from his MasterChef days and as well as sharing some memories from that life-changing experience, he gives us the rundown on having a prawn-filled Christmas feast. Everything from buying and peeling (including the dreaded the poop chute) to some beautiful dishes to prepare for the family. Brendan also gives us some very handy and timely rice cooking tips.
