Police in Michigan say a suspect is in custody after a Salvation Army bell ringer is shot and killed outside a Kroger. A federal judge has overturned the murder conviction of one of the two men found guilty in the 2002 killing of Jason Mizell, better known as Run-DMC DJ Jam Master Jay. Drew Nelson reports.
