Cs: Vánoční trh na Staroměstském náměstí zářil světly.
En: The Christmas market at Staroměstském náměstí shone with lights.

Cs: Vůně svařáku a pečených kaštanů byla ve vzduchu.
En: The scent of mulled wine and roasted chestnuts was in the air.

Cs: Davy lidí se proplétaly mezi stánky, oči zářily jako ty světla kolem.
En: Crowds wove between the stalls, their eyes shining like the lights around them.

Cs: Lukáš, učitel hudby, si procházel trh s pocitem samoty.
En: Lukáš, a music teacher, strolled through the market with a sense of loneliness.

Cs: Jeho rodina byla daleko a on hledal něco, co by naplnilo prázdné místo.
En: His family was far away, and he was searching for something to fill the empty space.
