Coach P.J. Gibbs is the Defensive Coordinator at the Community School in Naples, Florida. He specializes in the 3-3-3 defense. He is an outstanding teacher of the game. We had a very informative chat, and he even taught old Coach Chip a few things.He recently launched www.thefbcoachgibbs.com, where he shares coaching tools, defensive philosophy materials, free downloads, the CoachTube course, information on installs at your school, consultations, and system updates. He has also started a newsletter, which you can sign up for on his website.

He also has The Right Defense for Your Program – Volumes 1 & 2 available on Amazon, both focused on building adaptable, fundamentally sound defensive structures.
