Fi: Lumihiutaleet leijailivat hiljaa alas lumiseen metsään, jossa pienet valot tuikkivat puiden oksilla kuin tähdet.
En: Snowflakes floated quietly down into the snowy forest, where small lights twinkled on the branches like stars.

Fi: Metsän pohjassa, hyvin piilotetun sisäänkäynnin takana, oli salainen bunkkeri.
En: At the forest floor, behind a well-hidden entrance, there was a secret bunker.

Fi: Siellä kolme ystävää, Aino, Eero ja Venla, valmistautuivat viettämään yhdessä joulua.
En: There, three friends, Aino, Eero, and Venla, were preparing to spend Christmas together.

Fi: Aino seisoi pöydän ääressä ja järjesti juuri pipareita lautaselle.

En: Her hand began to tingle and turn red, but she decided not to say anything.

En: The celebration was more important.

En: "Is everything okay?"
