The parents of six children have been jailed for a catalogue of physical and emotional abuse. Sentencing the pair, Judge Sinéad McMullen said the level of trauma on the children was immeasurable. Teresa Mannion, regional reporter, was in Castlebar Circuit Court for today's sentencing.
