Pl: W zimowej ciszy, głęboko pod ziemią, w sekretnym bunkrze, Zofia siedziała przy stole.
En: In the winter silence, deep underground, in a secret bunker, Zofia sat at the table.

Pl: Jej myśli krążyły wokół Bożego Narodzenia, które coraz szybciej się zbliżało.
En: Her thoughts revolved around Christmas, which was approaching quickly.

Pl: Wokół niej były szare ściany, pełne zapasów i sprzętu.
En: Surrounding her were gray walls, full of supplies and equipment.

Pl: Potrzebowała planu, bo chciała, żeby to Boże Narodzenie było wyjątkowe dla jej córki, Ani.
En: She needed a plan, because she wanted this Christmas to be special for her daughter, Ania.

Pl: Marek, starszy brat Zofii, siedział obok, przeglądał narzędzia.
En: Marek, Zofia's older brother, sat next to her, browsing through tools.

Pl: Był sceptyczny, ale zawsze gotów pomóc.
En: He was skeptical but always ready to help.

Pl: "Nie mamy wiele," powiedział, kręcąc głową.
En: "We don't have much," he said, shaking his head.

Pl: "Ale mamy siebie i trochę czasu."
En: "But we have each other and a little time."

Pl: Ania biegała dookoła, pełna dziecięcej radości.

En: She decided to make use of what they had.

Pl: Zwołała rodzinne spotkanie przy stole.
En: She called a family meeting at the table.

Pl: "Marek, Aniu, zrobimy nasze własne świąteczne ozdoby," powiedziała z entuzjazmem.
En: "Marek, Ania, we will make our own Christmas decorations," she said with enthusiasm.

Pl: "Wykorzystamy to, co mamy."
En: "We'll use what we have."

Pl: Marek skrzywił się na widok pustych puszek i kawałków materiału.
En: Marek grimaced at the sight of empty cans and scraps of material.

Pl: Ale gdy zobaczył błysk w oczach Ani, postanowił się zaangażować.
En: But when he saw the sparkle in Ania's eyes, he decided to get involved.

En: "Alright, we'll do it!"
