How You Label Yourself as a Golfer Affects Your Performance

How You Label Yourself as a Golfer Affects Your Performance

Episode 40 Published 4 years, 7 months ago
Description

We limit our growth on the golf course (and life) when we label ourselves a certain type of person. These turn into beliefs that we have about who we are and how we show up

They can seem so innocent and so believable  but they hold us back. They can give us an out or an excuse when we don’t live up to our potential . Or we can we play small.

And then we often argue for these limitations. We want to be right and prove to ourselves and others that it is indeed a fact.

In this podcast, I give you some examples of common labels that hold us back and keep us from improving and upleveling our golf games.
