The Indianapolis Colts have opened a practice window for injured quarterback Anthony Richardson and safety Daniel Scott, who are both recovering from injuries. Richardson, sidelined since Week Seven with a fractured orbital bone, has been medically cleared but still has vision limitations. He will start with scout team drills and wont play in the upcoming Monday night game against the San Francisco 49ers. Philip Rivers will continue as the teams starting quarterback. Safety Daniel Scott, injured in Week Five, is also on the road to recovery.
