Ro: Luminile de Crăciun străluceau peste patinoarul din București.
En: The Christmas lights shone over the skating rink in București.
Ro: Un fulg de nea cădea încet, aducând magia iernii în aer.
En: A snowflake fell slowly, bringing the magic of winter into the air.
Ro: Dan, cu zâmbet încrezător, își făcea drum spre gheață alături de prietenul său, Radu.
En: Dan, with a confident smile, made his way to the ice alongside his friend, Radu.
Ro: Irina era deja acolo, patinând cu ușurință și grație.
En: Irina was already there, skating with ease and grace.
Ro: "Îți arăt eu ce pot face", i-a spus Dan lui Radu, încercând să își mascheze nesiguranța.
En: "I'll show you what I can do," Dan told Radu, trying to mask his insecurity.
Ro: Radu, amuzat, l-a bătut pe spate.
En: Radu, amused, patted him on the back.

En: With each step, Dan felt the excitement grow.
Ro: Irina, cu ochii licărind, l-a salutat călduros.
En: Irina, with twinkling eyes, greeted him warmly.
Ro: "Ești gata?
En: "Are you ready?"

En: "Dan, are you okay?"

Ro: Radu a sosit lângă el, râzând cu poftă.
En: Radu arrived beside him, laughing heartily.
Ro: "Ți-am spus să mă asculți!
En: "I told you to listen to me!"
Ro: ", a spus el, ridicându-l pe Dan de pe gheață.
En: he said, helping Dan up from the ice.
Ro: Dan s-a ridicat, încercând să își recâștige echilibrul.
En: Dan got up, trying to regain his balance.
Ro: Zâmbind stânjenit, a decis să recunoască adevărul.
En: Smiling sheepishly, he decided to admit the truth.
Ro: "Adevărul este", a spus el, privindu-o pe Irina în ochi, "nu sunt chiar așa de bun la patinat.
En: "The truth is," he said, looking Irina in the eyes, "I'm not that good at skating."

En: Irina smiled charmingly.

En: Dan's eyes lit up and, feeling relieved, he gladly accepted.
Ro: "Mi-ar plăcea asta.
En: "I would like that."
