Man Charged with Bondi Beach Massacre, Jewish Community Vows to Rebuild
A twenty-four-year-old man, Naveed Akram, has been charged with multiple murders and terrorism following a shooting at Bondi Beach, allegedly inspired by the Islamic State group. The victims, all Jewish, ranged from a ten-year-old girl to an eighty-seven-year-old Holocaust survivor. Akrams lawyer did not enter pleas during a hospital court appearance.
