El: Η Ελάρα κάθισε μέσα στο μικρό καφέ στην Πλάκα, κοιτώντας έξω από το παράθυρο.
En: I Elara sat inside the small café in Plaka, looking out the window.
El: Έβλεπε τις αρχαίες ρωγμές και τα φωτάκια που κοσμούσαν τα στενά δρομάκια με τον ερχομό των Χριστουγέννων.
En: She saw the ancient cracks and the lights that adorned the narrow streets with the arrival of Christmas.
El: Στο τραπέζι της υπήρχε ένα φλιτζάνι ζεστής σοκολάτας και το πολύτιμο σκίτσο της.
En: On her table was a cup of hot chocolate and her precious sketch.
El: Νιώθε φόβο να το δείξει.
En: She was afraid to show it.
El: Ο κόσμος δεν καταλάβαινε πάντα την τέχνη της.

En: O Nikos looked at the sketch carefully.
El: «Είναι υπέροχο,» σχολίασε.
En: "It's wonderful," he commented.
El: «Ξέρεις, η οικογένειά μου κάθε Χριστούγεννα ανάβει πολλές κεράκια και λέμε παραδοσιακές ιστορίες.
En: "You know, every Christmas my family lights many candles and we tell traditional stories.
El: Μου θυμίζει αυτή την οικεία ατμόσφαιρα.
En: It reminds me of that familiar atmosphere."
El: »Ξαφνικά, τα φώτα στο καφέ έσβησαν.
En: Suddenly, the lights in the café went out.
El: Έμειναν μόνο τα μικρά φώτα από τα παράθυρα.
