Too much negativity leads to complacency, the inability to act, adopting a crisis perspective, depression, and PTSD. So we need to avoid overindulgence, accept your limits, set boundaries, take action where you can, be reasonable with yourself, pick ONE thing at a time, take some sort of action, and stop putting so much pressure on yourself to solve everything at once.
