Miami Police are trying to figure out how Dr. Helen Garay Sanchez ended up dead in the freezer of a Dollar Tree store. Social media posts reveal that Garay Sanchez was a mother of two and a doctor visiting her father in Miami from her native Nicaragua. Employees at a Dollar Tree store in the Little Havana neighborhood found her body in the freezer of the store on the morning of Sunday, December 14 and called police.
