Foster Child's Death: Woman Charged with Murder
Latisha Annette Linzsey, a foster parent in Person County, North Carolina, has been charged with murder in connection with the death of a toddler, Kemari Morgan. The child was found unresponsive in his crib on May 24th, with a toxicology report revealing a fatal dosage of multiple medications. Linzsey is currently being held at the Person County Detention Center under a bond of $300,000.
