Trump, knowing he is likely to lose at the Supreme Court and have to pay back $100 billion in collected tariffs because they are unconstitutional taxes on the American people, has panicked and ordered that all the billions collected from AMERICAN COMPANIES not foreign countries, be quickly stashed away in the Federal Treasury to make any future refund order by the Supreme Court hard if not impossible.
