Fi: Jukka vilkaisi takapeiliin.
En: Jukka glanced in the rearview mirror.
Fi: Maarit ja Olli istuivat takana, innokkaina ja iloisina.
En: Maarit and Olli were sitting in the back, eager and happy.
Fi: Auto kiisi pitkin lumista moottoritietä.
En: The car sped along the snowy highway.
Fi: Oli talvi, ja taivas oli harmaa.
En: It was winter, and the sky was gray.
Fi: Pienet lumihiutaleet tanssivat ikkunalasissa.
En: Small snowflakes danced on the window glass.
