Thank you, Valerie. Thank you for inviting me here. My name is Sam Lowy. I’ve been helping seniors for 18 years now and specialize in reverse mortgages. I’ve started in the industry years ago, helping them plan for long-term care and realized that a lot of people just don’t have enough funds to buy long-term care insurance, some of them are not healthy enough to get long-term care insurance and the reverse mortgage has changed in a lot of ways, which is why I now educate people about it.
