The Wohlwend’s, after starting with nothing, used creative financing to purchase the majority their real estate deals. As their two boys grew up they were taught the business. By 5 each son started investing & by 7 years old they had each bought their 1st piece of real estate using only creative financing & the lessons they learned from their parents.
Their kids, Deven, now 17 controls close to 50 units & Ethan, who is currently 14, has almost 40 units. Neither used any money or credit from their parents. They did what the whole family teaches. They were creative and took action. In addition to working in the business and investing, Deven published his first book when he was 11. He has been interviewed on many podcasts that have been listened to in more than 190 countries & has spoken to live audiences in more than half a dozen states.
