Hutchinson Settles Wrongful Death Lawsuit
Aric Hutchinson, whose bride was killed in a drunk driving accident, has accepted a final settlement in his wrongful death lawsuit against the driver and local bars. The settlement, approved this week, includes a payment of $160,000, with Hutchinson receiving $144,586.67 after attorney fees and costs. The driver, who had a blood alcohol level three times the legal limit, was sentenced to 25 years in prison.
