Description

My Sifu, Mentor, Friend and Role Model, Ryan Griffith, joins me for a conversation about his life, his experience becoming a Brazilian Ju Jitsu Black Belt, Training in Muay Thai, Competing in MMA, Teaching Students (Me) and owning/operating a Dojo Solo. I met Ryan when I was 16, he helped me sharpen my skills as a martial artist, taught me how to work hard and how to teach others. We discussed how the plandemic effected his life and career as a martial artist and teacher, as well as what he does to maintain a healthy Mind Body and Spirit.
