Man Charged for Shooting at Driver, Daughter
31-year-old John Steven Ryals of Moore County is charged with shooting at a driver and his daughter on NC Highway 42. He faces two counts of misdemeanor assault and one count of going armed to the terror of people. Ryals was tracked down using his vehicles description, license plate, and cellular GPS data. Hes currently held without bail in Lee County Jail.
